Digital Yacht introduce battery and electrical monitoring for NMEA 2000 MFD systems

Digital Yacht are pleased to introduce two new products to enable battery and electrical system monitoring on NMEA 2000 MFDs and systems. These are shipping immediately.

BM100 - Complete battery monitoring solution with 500A SmartShunt and NMEA 2000 interface - brings battery and electrical system monitoring to every modern NMEA 2000 MFD. SRP 345 € ex VAT

veKonvert - NMEA 2000 interface for existing Victron battery monitors, solar controllers and shunts. SRP 185 € ex VAT

For new installs, the BM100 solution comes as a complete package with SmartShunt and veKonvert NMEA 2000 interface.

  • Monitor voltage, current charge/discharge, state of charge and capacity via Bluetooth & NMEA 2000 interface
  • Use your phone/tablet and your NMEA 2000 devices for battery monitoring and management
  • 500A SmartShunt included for main battery system (1000 and 2000A options)
  • Monitor voltage of a separate (eg starter) battery
  • Alerts and alarming

veKonvert is a NMEA 2000 interface which brings electrical data from Victron systems to your boat’s NMEA 2000 system – allowing your convenient multi function display to display real time battery status and voltage charge/discharge currents. It also supports alerts so parameters such as low voltage or state of charge can create pop up alarms on compatible MFDs.

Installation is simple - just “T” into the NMEA 2000 backbone and plug into the veDirect custom connector on the SmartShunt and you’ve battery and electrical data on your NMEA 2000 network!
